M Café’s “Little m” Offers a New Menu of Fresh, Healthy and Great-tasting Food, With Convenient and Reasonably Priced Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Options for People on the Move

(BEVERLY HILLS, CA)— Starting January 4, 2010, M Café, a contemporary macrobiotic restaurant, will offer a new breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu at its Beverly Hills location that caters to guests looking for a “grab & go” breakfast, a quick lunch, or a healthy dinner for the family. The “Little m” concept at M Café Beverly Hills will have an emphasis on convenience and affordability, while serving the same fresh, high-quality, and innovative Contemporary Macrobiotic cuisine for which the brand has become known, including $5 dishes, Bento Boxes and “Combos.”

“Since the customers at our Beverly Hills location were dining at the restaurant almost daily, they were seeking a particularly quick and convenient experience,” explains M Café President, Yuta Tsunoda. “This is our way of catering to the neighborhood while still offering the same high-quality food made fresh daily that our customers appreciate.”

M Café, a CHAYA Restaurants concept, opened its first location in June 2005 on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. Since its inception, Executive Chef Shigefumi Tachibe and Consulting Chef Lee Gross, have consistently prepared and served great-tasting, wholesome food with the finest natural ingredients, including whole grains, beans, and farm vegetables, without the use of refined sugars, eggs, dairy, red meat or poultry. The menu at M Café is made fresh daily and completely made from scratch, including the Macro Ketchup, Tofu-Peppercorn Ranch dressing, and the new Spicy Yuzu Mayonnaise. Contemporary Macrobiotics is simply about eating natural foods that are in season and encourages a balanced diet that is nutritious and allows you to re-set your body. He and then Chef de Cuisine Lee Gross are recognized for introducing the Contemporary Macrobiotic cuisine concept to Los Angeles in a lively European-style deli and café setting. As Consulting Chef, Gross comes to Los Angeles several times a year and works very closely with Tachibe.
